WHAT IS YOUR BOOKING AND PAYMENT POLICY?
Projects are booked on a first come, first serve basis. To reserve a spot on the schedule, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required. Your remaining balance will be due upon approval of the final design, and once received, delivery of finalized design files and/or website launch occurs. WHAT IS WEB HOSTING?
Web hosting is the server space with a web company where your files are placed. I upload these files to the host server and they are able to be read through a web browser (such as Firefox, Safari or Internet Explorer, Chrome, etc. This server space is often referred to as web hosting. Many people get hosting and registration mixed up. Domain registration is when you buy the domain name e.g. “yourdomainname.com”. You need both web hosting and domain registration to have a website. Please note that these expenses are not included in your quote unless you specify that you are interested in having me set these things up for you as well.
